1. Rental Agreement

All rentals from MTC Rentals are subject to the terms outlined in the signed rental agreement. The rental agreement takes precedence over these general terms and conditions in the event of any conflict.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date of delivery or pickup and ends on the date of return. Daily rates apply for periods of 24 hours or less. Monthly rates apply for periods of 30 days.

3. Mileage

Daily rentals include 100 km per day. Monthly rentals include 3,000 km per month. Overage is charged at $0.50 per km.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available from our Kelowna, BC and Edmonton, AB locations at a rate of $3.50 per km from the nearest location.

5. Damage and Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period unless a damage waiver has been purchased. The optional damage waiver covers up to the full value of the vehicle in case of collision or accident.

6. Insurance

Renters are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period. Proof of insurance may be requested at the time of rental.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary based on the rental period and timing. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific cancellation terms.
